Choir

The Hewitt-Trussville Middle School Choir program, led by Mrs. Nichole Hill, provides students with a vibrant and engaging musical experience. Open to students in all grade levels, the program focuses on developing vocal technique, music literacy, and performance skills in a supportive and creative environment.

Through daily instruction and a variety of performance opportunities, students learn to sing in harmony, read choral music, and build confidence on stage. The choir performs at school concerts, community events, and music festivals throughout the year, showcasing the talent and hard work of its members.

Mrs. Hill fosters a classroom culture where students are encouraged to express themselves through music while learning the value of collaboration and discipline. The HTMS Choir program is a place where students grow as musicians and performers—and discover the joy of singing together.

A choir of approximately 40 people, dressed in black outfits with red sashes, is performing on a stage inside a church. The choir is arranged in several rows on risers. A conductor stands in front of the choir, directing them. To the left, a pianist is playing a grand piano. Behind the choir, there is a large stained glass window depicting religious imagery with vibrant colors and intricate designs. The church interior features wooden paneling and hanging lantern-style lights.
